This 6 bedroom student property renovation project transformed a dull and dated space into a vibrant and inviting haven for its young occupants.

The kitchen and bathrooms received a modern facelift with the addition of sleek terrazzo tiles, creating a trendy yet durable surface that is easy to maintain.

Terracotta skirting and doors brought a warm and earthy touch, complementing the terrazzo beautifully. The real showstopper was the fun living room design, a combination of a light blue built-in TV wall with clever storage solutions and a fun wall mural infusing the room with colour and personality.

The bedrooms took on a playful vibe with arch-shaped wallpaper, adding a touch of whimsy to the space.
